Many service
industry providers have existing contracts with cleaning
companies and or suppliers, and may feel that it is not
possible to use our products as it may jeopardize that
existing contract.
You may consider
the following:
- We provide
specialized products and services, that cannot be
provided by most cleaning companies and or
suppliers.
- If the vendor
cannot provide the product or service you require,
it does not mean that the vendor will loose their
contract with you.
- Any vendor
threatening to pull their products if you want to
use a product or service they do not supply, is
using bullying tactics – you may want to reconsider
your relationship with them.
- There is often a
thirty day notice or release clause in the contract.
- If all else fails,
seek legal advice in order to protect your rights.
