Message from the President

Slip and fall accidents can be one of greatest tragedies we face in life. They affect millions of people around the world every year. Each and every day people are seriously injured and die as a result of a slip and fall. It is the number one cause of injury in the workplace and in the home. The fact is that you or a loved one is more than likely to be injured from this type of accident than any other. Our website describes the statistics, but most of us don't have this data and are not aware of these facts. Tragically, slip and fall accidents are on the rise, and they can happen to you, a family member, or a coworker, anywhere, and at any time.

That's the bad news. The good new is that most slip and fall accidents can be prevented! I have been active in the floor safety industry for over 20 years. My vision is to dramatically reduce slip and fall accidents, both in the workplace and at home, by addressing it, and then by working together to resolve it. Global Safe Technologies Inc. has proven products, an exclusive floor care program and an affiliated network of trained professionals, known as the "Global Floor Safety Network", to do just that. And rather than treat the injury after it happens, we should be proactive to reduce and even prevent the problem before it can ever cause us any harm. This is why we strive to be recognized as world leaders in the floor safety industry, to grow our network, to create awareness, and to confront and tackle this serious problem head-on.

We began in 1997 from a small local company in British Columbia, Canada, to what is now becoming a large international distribution and worldwide marketing organization today. We have a solid clientele base that is rapidly expanding every day. We have been approached by small businesses, and by medium and large corporations, and by some of the largest insurance companies in the world; all asking for our assistance. Our plans are to establish the Global Floor Safety Network throughout the world, in order to provide that assistance.

I am very proud to be part of this industry, and as I reflect back over the years, I am more optimistic now than ever of what the future will bring. With the valued support from our customers and the leadership of our Global Floor Safety Network, we will continue to strive and build the cornerstones needed to bring about the necessary changes and conditions for enhanced floor safety, where consumers and businesses alike are alleviated of the burden, both physically and financially, of this huge slip and fall dilemma.
